We don't just accept pets, we love them! To help maintain their comfort, our communities, and your homes, we have the following policies in place:- $350 Pet Fee per pet
- $25 pet rent per month, per pet
- All applicants must sign up with PetScreening, even if there is no pet in the home
- No more than two pets per home
