The homes are beautiful and so is the neighborhood. Funny enough the main reason I chose HartmanHill was for their sidewalks. I never see any sidewalks in residential areas anymore! We were looking to move when I was pregnant with my second I wanted to be able to walk my kids safely around the neighborhood without having to worry about traffic. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request I have received a prompt response. Whether it was changing light bulbs, replacing/removing appliances or servicing the plumbing and electricity, maintenance quickly and thoroughly ensured that I have an optimal living environment.
